How can I get a quotation of your products?
Usually we need to know the needs of the clients before sending the quotation. Basic information required for quotation includes description and properties of the material to be processed, production capacity required for the machine and other special requirements, such as steel grades and power voltage, etc. Please contact our sales representatives for details.
Ｗhat is the MOQ of your products?
Currently, we don’t have MOQ requirement for orders. But if your order quantity is bigger, we can offer you more discount.
What is the production lead time?
The production lead time is around 30 days after receiving the advance payment. Depending on the ordered quantity and our production schedule, this time may be longer or shorter.
What’s your payment terms for the order?
Our payment term is 50% advance payment and balance cleared before shipment. L/C, T/T or Alibaba pay are all acceptable for us.
What warrant can you provide for the product?
We provide one-year warranty service for our products. During the warranty period, we provide replacement parts for any quality problems (except for improper operation and wearing parts). In addition, we will also provide free online video technical support when necessary. In case on-site technical service is required, fees will be charged based on actual expenditures, including round-trip air tickets, visa application, accommodation and labor coast of the technicians.
What kind of package do you use for overseas shipment?
For overseas shipment, usually we use wooden boxes to give proper protection to the product and to facilitate the unloading and handling by the client.
Can you do OEM for me?
We accept OEM orders. Send us your logo and requirement, then we will arranged the production for you.
