Working principle

Notes on high-frequency screening

1. Frequency: The vibration frequency of the high-frequency vibrating screen is about 50HZ. It is precisely because of this high-frequency vibration that the material can be quickly separated, which is suitable for materials with high slurry concentration. 2. High frequency screen maintenance

1. Loosen the screws of the tie ring, and remove the upper frame and the mesh frame. 2. Put the mesh frame on one platform and place it smoothly, remove the mesh frame rubber strip, loosen the upper and lower mesh frame tighteners, and remove the damaged screen. 3. Cut the screen with the required mesh, and the size of the screen should be 10 cm larger than the outer diameter of the upper part of the mesh frame (larger than the height of the mesh frame) 4. Lay the cut screen on the mesh frame, and the distance from each side to the mesh frame is even. 5. Install the lower mesh frame tightener first, tighten it slightly, pull the edge of the screen mesh to make the mesh evenly spread on the mesh frame, and ensure that all sides are completely clamped by the tightener, and then completely tighten. Press it with your fingers, the screen should have a certain tension, if it is too loose, it should be reinstalled once. 6. Install the upper grid tensioner. The tensioner screws should be arranged in a cross shape with the first tensioner screw and fully tightened. 7. Cut off the excess screen along the edge of the mesh frame, and put the sealing tape on the mesh frame. 8. Put the replaced mesh frame in the corresponding position of the screen machine, the distance between each side should be uniform, fasten the upper frame, and tighten the tie ring. Note: To install the grid tensioner, the lower one should be installed first, and then the upper one should be installed. The order cannot be reversed, and the upper and lower tensioners cannot be installed at the same time. In addition, pay attention to safety, do not let the wire edge of the screen cut your fingers.
