Mixing barrel is suspended on ends of driving and driven axles through two Y type universal joints that are crossing and vertical to each other in the space. When driving axle is driven to rotate, universal joint makes the barrel perform composite motion including horizontal moving, rotating and turning etc, in the space, by which, materials also performs 3-dimensional motion inside the barrel. Several kinds of materials inside the barrel flow, diffuse, penetrate each other and finally form uniform status.
Structure:
The machine is composed of the base, transmission system, electrical control system, multi-directional motion mechanism, mixing barrel and other components, and the mixing barrel in direct contact with the material is made of stainless steel material, and the inner and outer walls of the barrel are polished. Fully compliant with GMP requirements.

1. The machine adopts electromagnetic speed regulation (or frequency conversion), before starting, turn on the total power supply, the power indicator is on, and then start the motor button, and then start the on-off switch on the speed regulation panel (the frequency converter can touch the button), the indicator light is on, and then slowly rotate to achieve the increased mixed speed.
2. After the mixing is over, according to the boot sequence, the reverse shutdown, if the unloading is found to be unsatisfactory, the button can be jogged to meet the unloading requirements.
1. The mixing of the machine is a three-position space mixing, in the effective operation range of the barrel should be added safety protection bar, so as to avoid the occurrence of life safety accidents, before the start of the cylinder body should not stand, to avoid accidents.
2. When loading and unloading, the jog of the equipment must be stopped to prevent the failure of the electrical appliances and cause necessary accidents.
3. In the process of operation, if abnormal conditions are found in the equipment, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the hidden dangers of the accident can be started before it can be started.
4. The contact parts of each transmission of the equipment are regularly added with lubricating oil and grease (three months)
5. The feedback knob and speed control knob of the operation panel shall not be changed arbitrarily, and it has been proofread before leaving the factory.
1.Preparation for operation:
a. Check whether there is a "good" certificate of equipment.
b. The base is flat and tightens the foot screws to avoid vibration.
c. Regularly refuel the rotating bearings at both ends to avoid jamming and abnormalities.
D. Turn on the power switch, jog test 3-5 turns without abnormality.
2. Maintenance:
a. Pay attention to the lubrication of the bearing housing at both ends.
b. In the event of a malfunction, the cause should be checked after stopping.
c. Frequently check each part. Tighten the body and do not allow loosening.
d. Check the integrity of the equipment and whether the components and accessories are complete.
e, daily maintenance is usually carried out by the operator after work every day, 15-30 minutes before work, through the inspection, cleaning and wiping of the equipment, so that the equipment is in a neat, clean, safe and good state.
